Mr. San Kiri is a former President, Commercial Arbitrator, and Mediator of the National Commercial Arbitration Centre of the Kingdom of Cambodia (NCAC). Kiri joined M&A as Partner, bringing with him a wealth of experiences in commercial law-related matters.
Prior to his tenure as President of NCAC, he worked for a leading law firm in Cambodia in charge of corporate and commercial, real estate, and banking and finance. Kiri has particular expertise in banking and financial law, corporate and commercial law, secured transaction law, and alternative dispute resolution.
Further, he is an Adjunct Lecturer in Alternative Dispute Resolution and International Commercial Arbitration in English Language-Based Bachelor of Laws (ELBBL) of the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) and Advanced Negotiation Skills and Commercial Arbitration in English Language-Based Master of Law (ELBML). He is also an Adjunct Faculty in Cambodian Business Law, Legal Ethics, and Legal Research and Writing at the American University of Phnom Penh (AUPP).
Kiri obtained a Bachelor of Computer Science (B.Sc.) from the Royal University of Phnom Penh; a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE); and a Master of Commercial Law (LL.M.) from the University of Melbourne, Australia.
He is also an Accredited Mediator at the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) and a member at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) in London.
His working languages are Khmer and English.
