8. Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing
Abiding by the Prakas on Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism, M&A is deemed to be a ‘Reporting Entity’ designated by the Cambodia Financial Intelligence Unit (CAFIU) under the National Bank of Cambodia. M&A is; therefore, obligated to conduct due diligence or additional inquiries and analysis as necessary.
In this regard, We reserve the right to request any of Your identification documents like passports, articles of association, list of shareholders, or any other documents as required by Us. We may also request for verification of the source of Your funds as well as the transactions. If necessary, We also reserve the right to terminate services and file any suspicious activity report with relevant authorities, and M&A will not be held liable to any party for any loss or damage suffered by reason of Our compliance with such obligations.
9. Anti-Corruption Policy
M&A strictly complies with anti-bribery and anti-corruption regulations. In this regard, M&A may perform certain review and monitor engagements to ensure compliance with anti-bribery and anti-corruption. If We identify activities constituting bribery or corruption, We reserve the right to immediately terminate the representation, suspend the performance of/or terminate the relevant legal service contract with You, and We may report such activities to the relevant authorities, if required.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, M&A and its affiliates, partners, or personnel shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption arising from Your use of the Website.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold M&A and its personnel harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from Your breach of this Agreement, Your misuse of the Website, or Your violation of the Cambodian laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement or block Your access to the Website in case of any breach of terms or inability to verify Your information. You may also reserve the right to terminate Your use of the Website at any time.
13. Revision
This Agreement is subject to Our revision and changes from time to time at Our sole discretion with no obligation to give prior notice. Your continued use of the Website following the changes constitutes Your acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: This Agreement and the other agreements incorporated into this Agreement constitute the entire agreement between You and M&A and supersede any prior understandings or agreements.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
Dispute Resolution and Court’s Authority: Any claim or dispute arising from the use of this Website and the materials contained herein or relating to the interpretation of the Agreement shall be sought for resolution through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining terms remain in full force.
