With experience in corporate and commercial law in a global market, she possesses a unique combination of high-tech training and international business experience, along with transactional legal expertise across many jurisdictions. She possesses strong negotiating skills, as well as technology and telecommunication experience.

Graduated from Tongji University in Shanghai, China, in Intellectual Property Law, she is also a trademark agent accredited by the Ministry of Commerce, Cambodia.

Lalin speaks native Khmer and fluent English.
