Sokmeng is currently registered with the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. She has over 5-year experiences handling litigation cases. She is specialized in civil and criminal litigation, alternative dispute resolutions, contracting, labor, land dispute resolution. She has extensive knowledge in legal research and drafting legal opinion. In addition to her role at Meng and Associates, she is also a coordinator of Clinical Legal Education at English -Language -Based Bachelor of Law Program (ELBBL) within Royal University of Law and Economics. She holds two bachelors of law from The Royal University of Law and Economics, one graduated from Khmer language program and another one from English Language-Based Bachelor of Law (ELBBL).
