Touch joined MENG & ASSOCIATES as a Partner. His practice focuses on business incorporation, permit and licensing, corporate secretary and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and investment funds, banking and finance, technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT), data protection and privacy, e-commerce and digital transactions, AI, and Intellectual Property.
Prior to join M&A, he was in a leadership role in a law office which provided legal services ranging from corporate and commercial matters to litigation practice.
Touch is a qualified lawyer registered with the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. He holds an English language-based Bachelor of Law from Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia and Dual Master Degree in Digital Law from Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) and Aix-Marseille University (AMU). He is fluent in both Khmer and English.
