Sokha is an attorney-at-law specializing in litigation. Prior to joining M&A, he worked with one of the leading law firms in Cambodia and has gained more than ten years of experience as a project officer and legal advisor working with international organizations, including the United Nations and Cambodia’s Ministry of Justice  on judicial development and reform.

In addition, Sokha has been a member of many other government working groups including: the Alternative Sentencing Working Group under the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans, and Youth Rehabilitation; the Case Management/Court of Appeal Data Working Group; the Ministry of Justice Data Working Group; the Court Registers/Model Court Working Group under the Ministry of Justice; the Ending Violence Against Women (EVAW) Committee on Services and Policies under the Ministry of Women’s Affairs; and the Legal and Judicial Reform Group under the Council of Ministers.

Sokha holds a Master of Laws from the Royal University of Law and Economics. He is fluent in English and Khmer.
