Lalin joined M&A in 2021, bringing with her a diverse legal background gaining over the past 5 years. With experience in corporate and commercial law in a global market, she has a unique combination of high-tech training and experience in international business and transactional legal experience in many jurisdictions.  She possesses strong negotiating skills, as well as technology and telecommunication experience.

Graduated from Tongji Unversity in Shanghai, China, in Intellectual Property Law, she is also a trademark agent accredited by the Ministry of Commerce, Cambodia.

Lalin speaks native Khmer and fluent English.
